In February of 2021, Kusan returned and due to his interest in The Blades of Nekron, he decided to stay on Graal once again. With his return came [[The Unified State]], where he would eventually gather The Kusan Family during the trial of Muzak vs. The Kusan Family. This trial took place on July 21st, 2021. Here, Muzak would be tried for all his crimes against The Kusan Family which include but are not limited to: Impersonating Auel Kusan for his own personal gain/to attempt getting into the [[Line of Auel]], accusing members of The Kusan Family of his own malicious deeds, and more. With the pressure of the entire family on his neck, Muzak continued to lie and lie, and each of his lies were quickly contradicted by members of the family. Eventually, he could not bare anymore of the trial and ran off.
In 2021, Kusan returned in February and due to his interest in The Blades of Nekron, decided to stay on Graal once again. He currently lets people who have held the name continue to hold it, with the exception of Muzak, but allows no more members to hold it.

The current members of The Kusan Family have been officially recognized by Kusan in 2021, whilst the former claimants are those who have had a claim to the family in the past with the exception of Muzak, who is the only member to have been tried and exiled from the family.

Vulnus worked under and eventually with Kusan and the two became close brothers. A few months later, Ambrogio became the third Kusan, and he continues to be an extremely close friend of Kusan to this day. These three held the name alone for some time. The former head of the family was Muzak Kusan (2015-2017). It was handed over to him in order to rebuild the name due to Karthas' failure on attempting to make it better, Muzak was removed from the family in 2021.
