The government concluded to unpredictably be a catastrophic failure as a whole post Big Three member High Councilor, Joe Kyro's resignation. The government was mostly an on and off project, instigated by Joe Kyro and Vulnus Regium individually.
The first implementation of the government was somewhat successful, securing a healthy life span. On the contrary, the electoral process was indeed rocky, having been rigged by a citizen known as Reggius attempting to purchase votes for a representative. Unfortunately Logan decided it was Kyros fault for not explicitly saying you couldn't buy votes. which resulted in Kyros resignation and governmental collapse over time.
