On July 21st 2015, at around 7:00PM EST, admins deleted all the State guilds: State Central Command, State Military Personnel, 1<sup>st </sup>Infantry Company, 2<sup>nd</sup> Infantry Company, 3<sup>rd</sup> Infantry Company, and 4<sup>th</sup> Infantry Company. State members moved to Morzan’s guild, Arstotzka, and Xinke’s guild, The Kingdom of Imperia. Imperia and Arstotzka launched again shortly after. Several Imperians were banned an hour after launch, but there were no further disruptions. |
