Arcadia was a rebellion, and the "different guild" was Imperial through most of its tenure. By the time Imperial collapsed, Arcadia was insignificant and was no longer considered still alive. As for its leader, its leader wasnt Sol, but Peter Rhodes who developed Arcadian uniforms. After Peter, Monkey led Arcadia and developed the famous Arcadian machine gun shield. Arcadia manifested into Colstrium and fell when Monkey and his officers joined The State, around thwe time of the Last Auelian Era, I think. Either that or the State before that.
