The Revolution only ever had two infantry branches filled with players who could not make it into the state and or hated them. Revolution members constantly taunted and insluted state members and pk'd them when possible.

Some rebel factions opposing the State, such as Disciples of Discord, Riders of Rohan, and Sparta were single-guild militaries attempting to mirror the State, yet they were very unorganized and filled with immature people. This changed however, when Gorgo F. Allanach left The State with Major Falcon to form Sparta (At the time her name was Walter "Radar" O'Reilly, which changed to Eurotas when she joined Sparta). Gorgo began to organize the other rebel factions, much to the frustration of Falcon. Falcon wanted Gorgo to work on Sparta's progression, mainly because he was incapable of doing so himself. Gorgo finished organizing and training the rebel factions, leading them to their first real victories. The rebel factions were crushed like bugs when Falcon kicked Gorgo from Sparta(The reasons for this act are unknown), because Gorgo was, at the time, the only thing keeping them alive.

The official rebellion of the State cycle is usually headed by Soren. While he originally struck from the shadows with a group of friends, as the cycle continued more and more of those friends grew in power, until he was able to simply say his name and have an army appear. The first rebellion consisted of the Riders of Rohan and the Disciples of Discord, as well as many of Soren's friends. This rebellion was a motley crew of simple dissidents without much in the way of training. However, in massive fights they were able to defeat State. This rebellion was defeated by State in a guild spar which Soren knew he couldn't hope to win when he begun, as his rebellion was trained to fight dirty and unfair. The most recent rebel alliance is far more organized, consisting of Imperia, Brotherhood of Exile, and curiously enough the Disciples of Discord once again under General Lendo. Where the original rebellion lacked training, Imperia is an official army, and the Brotherhood is well trained. Soren has become less of a benevolent dictator and more of an adviser, calling together meetings with a council of leaders and representatives to discuss ideas. However, Soren is still rumored to have spies within State, and is even rumored to have spies amongst his allies.

There were and still are many guilds that opposed or threatened to attack and or destroy The State. Many of them were lead by Ex-State soldiers and/or supporters who want the thirst for power and the desire to lead a guild much like The State.

The Revolution

The Revolution was a Military guild much like the State that was founded by Conna Wonna, who was a First Sergeant of State Infantry III (Under the leadership of Kusan). He grouped together his friends and some lower ranking soldiers from the State Infantries. The Revolution was lead under his command as the Commander General and backed by General Helen.

Rebel Factions

Some rebel factions opposing the State, such as Disciples of Discord, Riders of Rohan, and Sparta were single-guild militaries that appeared disorganized and filled with immature people. This all changed when Gorgo left the State with Major Falcon to form Sparta. Gorgo trained the rebel factions, leading them to their first real victories. Falcon was frustrated with Gorgo, because he wanted her to work on Sparta's progression, mainly because he was too incompetent to do it himself. Gorgo was kicked by Falcon, and the rebels were then crushed like bugs.

Soren's guild, In Deorum Vivum, was also allied to the rebel factions, as he was the self-proclaimed leader of The Rebellion.
