War of Destruction

The War of Destruction (2020-2020) is an ongoing conflict between The Third Sarovian Empire and a pact that includes The Oxerian Empire, The Holy Imperian Empire, and the Southern League, which consists of The Arcadian Sovereignty and The Imperial Maverian Empire. The war has unified three formerly hostile parties under the common goal of the destruction of Sarovia and its leader, Constantine Vasa.

Before the War

The War of Destruction marked the end of a long drought in conflict and activity. During the time after the last major war, The Oxerian Empire slowly drifted away from being Sarovia's ally and became friendlier with The Holy Imperian Empire. Tensions between The Arcadian Sovereignty and The Holy Imperian Empire remained high up until the beginning of the war. Meanwhile, an unknown figure was attempting to Bring The New Sarovian Empire out of an eight-month slump...

The Beginning of the War

On the 11th of March, Constantine reveals himself to the GMC, nearly eight months after his resignation after his defeat in mid-July of 2019. Three days later, Arcadia and Sarovia moved to attack Imperia across the map. The resulting battle ended with Imperia losing Destiny and Delta. Oxeria joined Imperia at the main front in MoD Town, which was settled with a temporary ceasefire.

Much to Sarovia's dismay, Arcadia was not on their side when the battle resumed. Outnumbered three guilds to one, Sarovia was defeated on five fronts and lost the land they gained the day before. This two-day battle marked the official beginning of The War of Destruction.
