Before the Second Octavian Empire, Erich transferred leadership to Hunter. As the new Octavian Emperor, Hunter launched the Second Octavian Empire in December of 2020, with Erich as Archduke.
The newly launched Octavian Empire initially thrived, peaking thirty members online. However, the troops were undisciplined and unsatisfied with the new Emperor. This led to Hunter passing the title to Erich, but the Octavian Empire didn't last long after that, and dissolved in February of [[Guilds and Leaders of 2021|2021]].

A coup arose against Hunter, to which Erich was reinstated as Emperor. At the time, another Octavia was launched in December of 2021. However, this incarnation was insignificant and didn't grow as desired.
In an attempt to revive Octavia, Emperor Erich transitioned it into a Kingdom in January of [[Guilds and Leaders of 2022|2022]]. As a result of its failure, Octavia merged with the German Order in February of 2022.

The Kingdom of Octavia migrated to the Western Continent (Graal Ol' West) and successfully colonised the south of the Octavius Colony. On the 28th of January, 2022, Erich was also crowned the Emperor of the Colonial Octavian Empire, and Octavia was mothballed until June. On July 6th, Octavia merged into the Empire of Aldara, led by Jellal Ezra.

The Octavian Colonial Empire had two provinces, until [[Aurea]] transferred the whole south to Sarovia, making it their dominion. This infuriated Erich, provoking him to enforce a shoot-on-sight policy against Sarovians. However, in a turn of events, Octavia allied Sarovia and they stood opposed to Aurea. This alliance lasted four days, until Aurea relinquished the south of Ol' West to Octavia's possession. As a result, Octavia remained neutral until the 25th of July when it battled Aurea with Sarovia. In due time, the Octavian Colonial Empire sold the right side of the south island to Sarovia for 100.000 gralats, or 2.777 diamonds. Currently, Octavia has one colony, the Dalhousburg Colony.
