The Bastion: Difference between revisions

On the 28th of November, 2021, Fyre officially resigned as Harbinger, and passed the role back to Laken. During this period, it was more so just polishing the rough edges of the Bastion. A lot more democracy hashad been involved, with proposals being discussed constantly within the Doctrine Committee. There was the creation of a map format, thanks to [[Simbach A. B. Vazo|Simbach]], who also created oura modern day water adjacency map.

On the 9th of September, Arnold temporarily abdicatesabdicated the Harbinger role to [[Wilhelm Llaman|Wilhelm]].

The Bastion beginsbegan at its lowest levels with the committees. There arewere five committees: graphics, naming, mapping, press, and doctrine. The Doctrine Committee iswas the most important, beingas it was where rule proposals startstarted. The Doctrine Committee iswas open to essentially anyone so that proposal flaws cancould be pointed out and hopefully fixed. After some time, discussionwith discussions and an ironed-out proposal finalized, it iswas taken to the Hall of Lords. The Hall of Lords iswas made upcomposed of Lords and First Lords. Lords havehad one vote, while First Lords havehad two. Lords then votevoted on the proposal. If it passespassed, it makesmade it into the final copy of the Corpus Juris Bastion. Finally, there iswas the Harbinger and his Aides. The Harbinger actsacted as the mediator and leader for the Bastion, with the Prince of Arcus as their indicated successor and apprentice.
