In the event, Constantine provided a quick speech reinforcing the validity of his forfeiture and then proceeded to launch poorly received insults against both Aurea and [[Peter Rhodes]] before promptly going offline. As widely expected by the general public, the deal was breached in bad faith soon after, with Constantine citing Kevlar's inaction on his "first condition" as justification, although the request had been denied by Vaughn and the deal was still agreed to in spite of that.
