Horvis Peusilis (born Apollo IV of Leones & Valarior) e is a philosopher, political and military man, who began his career as a Beginner in Imperia, then progressing to Valeria and Elysia, in 2016.
He became famous due to the fact that he was one of the only Brazilian members of the Historical Society, being a contributor to State and, mainly, Valeria. He graduated in philosophy at the Military University of Maveria, in 2018, and then decided to follow and learn about the political plan, becoming a member of the of politics, Král of Slav Comissium and the Horvistanist parliament. Its peak was in 2017 during the Imperia-Valerian Wars, where it supported the side of Imperian Valeria, Against Germain Crawford.
