Fang Kusan is known as the "Lord of Delteria" and is the head pioneer of creating societies in GraalOnline Delteria.  Fang is an extremely powerful player, being able to destroy mobs of enemies with little effort, being psychologically excelled, and being able to create and further his creation, Elysia.  His ambitious plans for Elysia are evergrowing, and are constantly being advanced with opportunities from GraalOnline Delteria, and the Elysian Republic.  Fang is also known for his graphics and the effort and detail he puts into them, making Elysia a powerful, and fashionable threat at the same time.

'''Elysia''': The creation of The Elysian Armed Forces has occured, the guild being 80% full.  Fang Kusan begins creating propaganda posters for recruitment begins reeling in gralats by the hundred thousands to fund the Guards and Knights as well as the rest of societies expenses.  He also begins creating several tank character builds for the Guards and Knights and begins writing The Elysian Code and The Elysian Constitution.
