Raiden Çønsïlïm

Raiden Regium is a prominent old generation member of the Graal Military Community, mostly known for his leadership of the Atlantian Empire, and his affiliation with the State.
Overview
Raiden originally joined Imperia during it's downfall, later joining the State during the summer of 2013. Although he was not an extremely influential officer, Raiden was known as one of the best trainers and sparrers during the Renewed State and the USR, as well as a faithful member of the Çønsïlïm Family.
