Should we discount invisibles unless they have an indicator?

Imperia: Depends on the situation. If there was a situation where even with the invisibles there is not enough members to be considered still fighting then yes

If there are areas in the picture which are ghosted does this make it invalid?

Most guilds have picked to agree or say it depends on the situation.

Sarovia wants to extend the time of wars by waiting for ghosts to go away

Imperia rebuttals: Saying due to the size of the battle: certain areas will also be ghosted in screenshots

Sarovia states: Graal only ghosts to reduce extreme lag

How long should guilds be given to invalidate a screenshot?

Sarovia: Proposes time should be stopped counting after the first attempt to prove screenshot is invalid and negotiations should start, to allow longer discussions. Proposes a time limit of 5 minutes after co-argument if the screenshot is invalid and the enemy is wrong else screenshot is valid

Choco: Asks if Sarovia follows any ruleset

Sarovia: Says they follow the traditional ruleset

Choco's Proposal: Nations who agree and who can find a compromise can sign an agreement afterward

Choco: Proposes that the community get together and organize something to improve the current rules.
