The Lathum Family is a prominent family of the Graal Military Community, founded by Thanatos during the Dark Ages of the community (2018), with its purpose being creating a small community within the family.
History
Prince, Thanatos of the Oxerian Empire was persuaded to commit treason by Kayden, also known as Paynius Junior, and create a guild, soon to be the Kingdom of Lathum. The Lathum Family was also founded and established as the Kingdom's ruling family.
Lathum acquired a reputation with its numerous successful eras, which incorporated two iterations of Huize Lathum and Koningrijk Des Lathum. Lathum then received further recognition for Ordo Lathos (Lathum) of Imperia. Its purpose was accommodating Europeans, therefore retaining 24/7 activity. Finally, House Lathum gained prestige upon being ennobled in the Aurean Empire and Thanatos being introduced into the House of Lords (HoL).
Codification
- Value - The first manner to induction in the family is proving your worthiness by any mean, in addition to affiliation and prior contribution to the Kingdom of Lathum.
- Inheritance - The second manner to induction in the family is inheritance. The heir of a member, along with other titles and names, will inherit the Lathum name. In this case, the heir may be inducted in the family without affiliation or prior contribution to the Kingdom of Lathum.
